Alternating On the Minute x 10:
Minute 1 - 8 Lateral Barbell Burpees
Minute 2 - 5-4-3-2-1 Deadlifts (Start at ~70% and build 3-5% each round)

Purpose here is to bring a light metabolic challenge to our heavier deadlift reps.
