CrossFit Classes

The goal with our general physical preparedness programming (GPP) is to forge a broad, general, and inclusive fitness that can be observed, measurable, and produce repeatable results. The goal of our 1 hour class at CrossFit Composure is to improve our quality of life outside the gym. It is not only an effort to lose weight and gain muscle, but to be able to sustain the ability to enjoy life to the fullest outside of the gym playing sports, hiking, mountain biking, or running around with kids.

Regardless of ability, what makes our classes work so well is the fun we have by pushing ourselves, and encouraging others to accomplish new and exciting things, day in and day out.
